Back then Arnold was in an industry [bodybuilding] where that type of behavior was accepted. Times have changed and now it isn't. Arnold said, back then he wasn't planning on running for office and didn't behave as if he was. Because he is a professional I trust him to act within the decorum of the times. Also we know what Arnold is like because we have seen him behave with people who have no record of their opinions we can only guess.
