Photo of the Day (5/26/06)

There is something wonderful about the scowl on this women's face that no amount of traditional red garb could possibly hide. Titled "Two People from Peru," this shot comes to us compliments of Bajy. I hope the woman didn't beat him too badly after he stole her soul with this photograph.

I believe that scowl says "hey, you disrespectful asshat, ask my permission before taken a photograph of me and my grandson".

Couldn't agree more that people should be respectful when taking photos of other people in another country. A man in Turkey turned around and walked away from a picture I was about to take, teaching me a great lesson in privacy. I've forever been more careful.

Oh please these people should be HAPPY to have their picture taken! It's probabely the only oportunity they will have to see a camera much less be in a photograph!

looking at her face she is not upset with the photographer as much as the fact she appears pregnant, and upset with her life in general. A veryunhappy woman you can see that in her face, but not necessarily because she had her picture taken by a stranger.
