I second the idea about short north. They have plenty of good restaurants and bars down there and it's fun just to walk around and pick whatever you feel like. The campus bar scene is good and Wed. is the official start of the weekend for many ambitious undergrads. Four kegs will be packed tonite ($7 pitchers of liquid dope) but check out skye bar or ugly tuna for a slightly older crowd (Sr.'s and grad students mostly). Larry's on High is a nice dive bar. For a late night snack check out buckeye donuts (best french fries on campus) and if you are around for breakfast check out Jack and Benny's.
