Suicidal Billboards

Something else I love about travel is the audacity of foreign advertisements that would never see the light of day back home in America.  Usually it is the gratuitous sex that is most shocking.  But other times I find myself surprised by some rather refreshing humor that also wouldn't go over well back home.

I ran across the following post on Ad Hunt about a billboard advertising campaign in Berlin that is not only irreverent, but potentially litigious as well.  "Come a little closer," the billboard, which is located on the other side of the subway tracks, pleads "and you might need funeral services from Bergmann."

Classic.  American lawyers would have a field day with this the moment a suicidal whacko takes Bergmann up on their offer.
