Most Expensive City: Oslo

OsloTokyo has officially been booted from the number one city putting a hurtin' on expats and Oslo moves up to the top. A recent survey by the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) confirms Europe strengthening curency is kicking arse against our greenbacks and Japan's gradually weakening yen. The cause: low inflation and deflation in the Japanese market and even with that, Olso's taking number one still comes as a big surprise. On the flipside Tehran, Iran remains the cheapest of all the 130 cities ranked. Tokyo took it's number one spot 14 years back and remained there, until now.
