The Continental in-flight magazine I read on the plane yesterday had some great articles and features I thought I'd point out, especially since they are all online. The list of places to spend New Year's Eve is a good one to start with — Besides their top pick of NYC, they suggest Baltimore, St. Croix, Edinburgh, Berlin, Honolulu, San Francisco and Acapulco and offer unique ideas for how to ring in the New Year, including one mentioned by Erik during Destination December. (I love when the supposedly brandless and bumbling Baltimore makes it onto these lists. It may seem an odd choice to some, but it really is a great city to visit year-round.) Other articles to check out: the cover story on Tango in Buenos Aries, an article about tech gear for business travelers and even more gadgets galore for those on the go.
