It's Official: Gadling One Year Old!

Hey folks: it's been so busy with things around here that I only just realized that we just recently passed the first anniversary of our very first post here at gadling. Woo hoo! Man, that is hard to believe. When I got into this blogging thing I had no idea that it would become something of a job…and yet the reality is that it's one of the coolest jobs around. You get to write about travel and meet with interesting folks and heck, you even get to travel and write about it.

Over the course of the year, I'm sure you've noticed, we've picked up some fantastic bloggers (and lost a few), but we've always kept our focus on finding the best travel information out there, covering stories and events and people…as well as sharing and writing about the things we love and enjoy.

So if you've been with us since the start: THANKS! And if you're just joining us: WELCOME! With more podcasts, more features, more of everything travel, I guarantee you the next year will be even better.
