Global Wi-Fi Spots

wi fi

Finding a decent wireless connection is still not nearly as easy as it should be. When it comes to airports and other public places, there are lots of spots out there, but you often have to hunt around for them. And when you do find one, you discover that some are free, some are ridiculously expensive. Personally, as I've ranted here before, I think all airports should offer free wi-fi. But that's the idealist in me.

Anyway, for those in search of wi-fi wherever you are or wherever you're going, you might check out this page on USA today that provides links and info on over 74,289 Wi-Fi locations around the world. Airports, gas stations, train stations, and so on, the list is quite comprehensive, and at least at a cursory glance, could be quite useful.
