Travel Songs on Nicaragua Sun and Surf
Travel Songs is full of tales and travels through Central America and

the author is very much into music, but in this particular entry he writes about the surf and sand found in
Nicaragua. From his thoughts I imagine one of the most soothing beaches on the planet.
San Juan del Sur is only hours away from Costa
Rica and less frequented than the beaches found across the way. Used as an escape for some surfers to practice or
simply relax and an enchanting stop on the backpacker's map it sounds worth a visit.
During my time spent in Costa Rica early this year I was surprised to see how many people were heading into Nicaragua. Now I only wish that I was one of them, but I've got a lot to look forward to on my next trek through Central America.
