Greetings from Osaka, Japan.
I just saw the Mr. Anthony Bourdain's TV program accidentally, it was really interesting. On the TV, he seemed to feel a bit of confusion about Japanese style inn at the hot spring and set of dishes served on an individual tray for entertaining guests, though he is aware that At a Japanese style inn, a serving lady will bring dinner to your room. I think real blowfish stew would be very fine.
I think how come he did not come to Osaka..Because Osaka city is very famous as
a gourmet city. Mr. Anthony, please come overe here, I will take you very nice restaurants!
