Anthony Bourdain is a refreshing image to us who grew up in the 70s. His chasing the perfect meal in exotic places is a great entertainment to me. I travel for a living and letting go of the formal schedule is a delight. His experiences show that life is an adventure. I would love to bring him to Panama and enjoy the food, drink, and life of central america at its best. Being an expat , this place has offerings unlike the rest of the world.
