Barbeque University
This school is one I am certain I could attend with ease and gain 50 pounds while I'm at it. Steve Raichlen
owns over 30 grills and is the author of 26 books including, "The Barbeque Bible."
That is alot of books not to mention grills. His students are travelers from all over the states looking
to learn the tricks of summer time BBQ, night time BBQ or anytime BBQ. I'd just be looking to get my chomps of
a succlent rib or two. The Barbeque University is many times booked solid and has been rated the "Best BBQ
Experience in the United States" located at the Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. It's part
cooking school and part vacation. CNN
