Being an austinite, I will say, County Line is the best BBQ in Austin. Try the beef ribs, they are HUGE. But, outside Austin, eat at Coopers BBQ in Llano (they have a website, google it) for outstanding BBQ. You walk up and pick what meat you want directly out of a smoker outside the store, then they slice it for you. Try the BIG CHOP.
