Ballooning in the Philippines
In just a few more days the skies of the Clark Special Economic Zone, Philippines will be ablaze 
with several hot air balloons.
The 9th International Hot Air Balloon Festival is slated for February 11-13 and seven countries are signed up
to participate. If balloon watching doesn't tickle your fancy they'll also have a variety of air-sport events
like sky diving, ultra-light fly-in, airplane rally, and balloon bursting. That's just a few other
