Well, OK, the answer is yes, you can drink your own urine, even without filtration…as self-made amputee Aron Ralston points out in his book Between a Rock and a Hard Place:
"Sip after sip of acidic urine has eroded my gums and left my palate raw."
Ewwwwwww!
The question now: can you drink someone else's pee through this filter? And if so, should you do so with an olive or a lemon twist?

Wow, I have been squirted in the mouth by my baby son, but there is NO way I would drink someone else's urine on purpose.
There was a CSI a few weeks ago that featured women drinking their own "fresh" urine from wine glasses (as sort of the Fountain of Youth"). Gross
